Refund Policy

• Changes to orders can be made up to 72 hours prior to the event. 
• Orders canceled within 72 hours of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee. 
• Orders canceled with more than 72 hours' notice will receive a 50% refund of the total order amount. 
• To cancel an order, please email [email protected]. 
• If the received product is faulty, defective, or incorrect, a full refund will be provided (if applicable). 
• All refunds will be processed and returned to the original credit card used for the purchase.
